Plastic Cards Are Optional!
Many customers will come into your location with their One Loyalty Network card. There are instances though when this won't be the case.
Scenario 1: The customer has lost or misplaced their current loyalty card. No worries - our advanced search capabilities will help you easily find their account within the One Loyalty Network. Search by email address, partial first or last name, partial phone number, zip code etc etc.
Scenario 2: Depending on your barcode scanner, the consumer may be able to simply present their mobile device for scanning. They will simply show you there barcode (on the mobile device) and you can scan it just like it was a physical card. This eliminates the need to carry any loyalty cards at all!
